Our team for 2019/20…



Barry has a Royal School of Arts Diploma in Performing Arts. He is also a stage lighting designer and the author of ‘Fish and Chips’ Drama Sketch Book. Barry is the founder of Oddments and has been running the company since 1981.


Operations Director/Children & Family’s Production Co-ordinator

Emma has a BTEC in Performing Arts and was a member of the first-full time Oddments team. She now oversees the children & family’s work as well as a lot of the day-to-day running if the company.


Gift Aid Administrator

Jenny is a vital part of our behind the scenes team, she works hard keeping our supporter database up to date and handling the gift aid for us. Jenny also keeps on top the general admin tasks in the office.


Second Year Intern

Rose is in her second year with Oddments and now helps to run & support the team on a daily basis. She is stepping into the acting role of Betsie ten Boom in The Hiding Place and is making the costumes for our new seasonal production A Christmas Messenger.


First Year Intern

Sarah has just finished her degree in Performing Arts at Edge Hill University and joins our team as our newest Corrie ten Boom.

Amy has joined us from Norfolk where she has just finished her BTEC in Performing Arts. Amy is playing the lead in our seasonal production A Christmas Messenger.

Sydney is an international volunteer who has flown over from North Carolina, USA. Sydney’s parents are missionaries, so she has been living in Kosovo since 2014. With a keen interest in theatre, Sydney has been in many school productions including playing Wendy in Peter Pan.

Austin is also from overseas – British Colombia in Canada to be precise! Austin recently moved to Nova Scotia where he was in a production of The Odd Couple with a local theatre company Centre Stage Productions.


Lighting Technician

Sadie has a background in theatre, both on and off stage, and has been helping Oddments with sound and lighting since May 2018.
